With a background that blends engineering, psychology, and an MBA, Farzeen brings rare depth to her sessions — integrating strategy, self-awareness, and heart.
Tomoko Kojima
A beloved presence in Muscat’s wellness community for over a decade, Tomoko is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher offering a grounded and holistic approach to mind-body wellbeing. Trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Therapeutic, and ODAKA Yoga, she brings over 11 years of international experience into her classes — blending strength, clarity, and restoration. Tomoko leads open classes, corporate sessions, retreats, and private practices, each one tailored with intention and care. She is also the founder of O[wa] luxury frankincense candy, a unique wellness product inspired by nature and Oman’s healing traditions.
Areej AlShaibani
With over a decade of experience in human resource development, organizational transformation, and change leadership, Areej is known for her visionary work aligning talent strategy with innovation and people-centric leadership. She holds a Master’s in Management and Entrepreneurship from Cranfield University, has been recognized as one of the Top 20 Young Achievers in the GCC, and is a two-time Women Leader of the Year award recipient. Areej also serves on the Board of Advisory for X0PA AI and is a mentor to over 180 women globally.
Ana Luísa Cavaco
With a career spanning over three decades and nearly a decade of leadership experience in the Middle East, Ana has led multidisciplinary teams of 200+ professionals with a focus on excellence, empathy, and performance. Her background as Head Nurse, Supervisor, and Director has been shaped by a strong belief in supportive leadership, safe systems, and humanized care — even in high-pressure environments. Ana holds a Master’s and Post-Graduation in Human Resources Management, with additional specializations in midwifery, clinical leadership, and strategic planning.
Cara Laing
With over 20 years of leadership experience across risk, governance, resilience, and sustainability, Cara brings a track record of transformative impact in highly regulated industries. Currently serving as General Manager at Omantel, she is widely recognized for her ability to align operational excellence with long-term value through integrated risk and ESG strategies. A Chartered Accountant by background, Cara’s career spans telecommunications, ICT, aviation, and professional services — including senior leadership roles where she has led governance initiatives and built high-performing teams.
Sarah Khaled
A seasoned marketing leader, strategist, and storyteller in the world of luxury hospitality and brand building with over 18 years of experience across top-tier hotel brands in the Middle East. Sarah has led iconic pre-openings and shaped the voice of luxury for names like Shangri-La, The Ritz-Carlton, and Marriott International. Recognised three times as one of the Top 50 Marketing Talents in the Middle East by Hotelier Middle East, Sarah is known for her ability to create culturally resonant, results-driven campaigns that connect with meaning and impact.
