A beloved presence in Muscat’s wellness community for over a decade, Tomoko is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher offering a grounded and holistic approach to mind-body wellbeing. Trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, Therapeutic, and ODAKA Yoga, she brings over 11 years of international experience into her classes — blending strength, clarity, and restoration. Tomoko leads open classes, corporate sessions, retreats, and private practices, each one tailored with intention and care. She is also the founder of O[wa] luxury frankincense candy, a unique wellness product inspired by nature and Oman’s healing traditions.
Farzeen Ashik
A powerful voice in executive coaching and HR leadership across the Middle East and an ICF-certified Professional Coach with over 1,000 hours of coaching experience, Farzeen is known for guiding executives, mid-career professionals, and entrepreneurs toward purpose-driven growth. She is also the founder of Ascend Consulting, an Oman-based consultancy offering HR solutions and bespoke leadership development.
