Elysium Tickets Platform – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By accessing or using the Elysium platform (the “Site”) to purchase event tickets, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, refrain from using the Site.

5. Strict No-Refund Policy

All Sales Final:Tickets are non-refundable except as outlined below:

Event Cancellation: Full refunds issued if an event is canceled.
Rescheduled Events: Tickets remain valid for the new date. No refunds if you cannot attend.

7. User Responsibilities

Verify ticket details (date, time, venue) immediately after purchase.

Protect tickets from loss/theft; duplicates are not issued.

Do not resell tickets above face value. Violations may void tickets without compensation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Elysium is not liable for:
